Healthy Piña Coladas

So just the other day I came up with a healthy delicious piña colada pops. What you will need for this recipe is

1 cup pineapple
1 cup pineapple yogurt
1 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup shredded coconut or coconut chips
1 banana
1/4 cup of coconut cream or coconut
milk

All you need to do is simply mix all these ingredients in the blender and pour the mixture into popsicle molds for a very healthy, very delicious treat.

Healthy Fruit-Infused Water

What you will need to do to make fruit-infused water is simply place any fruit of your choice in water for 30 minutes. Kiwi and blueberries will help fight acne, orange and lemon in water will help fight fatigue , pineapple and mango will help with digestion, while strawberries and raspberries will help to speed up your metabolism. You can also mix vegetables in with the fruit to add more nutrients to your water or use coconut water instead of regular water to give you more energy.

Healthy Breakfast

Today I am going to tell you how to make some delicious healthy muesli. This is an excellent and healthy breakfast as it contains high fiber content. What you will need to do to make this delicious recipe is soak 3/4 a cup of oats and1/4 a cup of raisins in 1 and 1/2 cups of milk overnight. The raisins and milk have just enough sugar to make this breakfast nice and sweet. You can also add juice or fruit to this recipe and top it off with some yogurt if you want to add more flavor. Healthy vegan pudding

Hello everyone,
First off I want to introduce myself. My name is Cassie and I am a 15 year health enthusiast. Today I am going to be showing you how to make healthy vegan pudding. This pudding is wonderful as it contains omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, electrolytes, and protein. This would be a great snack for before sports or even for breakfast. I gave this to my dad and he couldn’t even tell the difference between this pudding and regular chocolate pudding. This pudding not only tastes good, but it’s good for you too!

What you will need for this recipe is…
3/4 an avocado
6 tablespoons of chocolate coconut water
2 tablespoons of honey                                                                                                         2 teaspoons of vanilla extract                                                                                            2 tablespoons of cocoa powder                                                                                         3 bananas
