Healthy Fruit-Infused Water

What you will need to do to make fruit-infused water is simply place any fruit of your choice in water for 30 minutes. Kiwi and blueberries will help fight acne, orange and lemon in water will help fight fatigue , pineapple and mango will help with digestion, while strawberries and raspberries will help to speed up your metabolism. You can also mix vegetables in with the fruit to add more nutrients to your water or use coconut water instead of regular water to give you more energy.
