Healthy Breakfast

Today I am going to tell you how to make some delicious healthy muesli. This is an excellent and healthy breakfast as it contains high fiber content. What you will need to do to make this delicious recipe is soak 3/4 a cup of oats and1/4 a cup of raisins in 1 and 1/2 cups of milk overnight. The raisins and milk have just enough sugar to make this breakfast nice and sweet. You can also add juice or fruit to this recipe and top it off with some yogurt if you want to add more flavor.
